Delivery
Parcels are usually shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Poland) from the moment we receive payment.
They are shipped via GLS.
Once the shipment has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, on this page you can track the status of your parcel.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs.
Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the destination country.
We remind you that we only service Europe, and primarily the countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) with the exception of the territory of Malta, the Azores, Cyprus, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Jersey Islands, the Virgin Islands, the Channel Islands, Madeira and the overseas territories of the countries in the European Union association. Overseas territories and some islands of EU countries are usually not serviced or require additional arrangements due to the high cost of delivery.
We pack parcels in a foil wrap and an ecological paper bag, for larger dimensions or delicate material, parcels are packed in cardboard packages.
