Sending back the returned product.
Send us the parcel to the address below, you can send it back in any way. The cost of returning returned products is your responsibility.
Remember to register the shipment. If it goes missing (the devil never sleeps), you will be able to file a complaint or track the status of its delivery.
We also ask you not to send parcels with cash on delivery (cash on delivery), such parcels sent to us will not be accepted by us.
In the case of a traditional return via e-mail, remember to attach the return form and proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or its scan - if you are replacing only some of the products). If you use the process via your customer account, please attach only a scan of the receipt or receipt.

We would like to remind you that the returned goods:
- should not be used except to try on the goods;
- should not be devoid of tags, both internal and attached to the product or packaging;
- it should not be destroyed in any other way;
- it should be complete, i.e. contain all elements, including spare buttons, zippers, etc., if any are included with the product.
In the event of any defects in the returned goods, please inform us accordingly.
Additional services - courier pickup.
We can also collect the exchanged goods from you via the GLS courier company (if GLS has active services PR in your location). To order such a service, send information to the e-mail address: sklep@jeans24h.pl containing the order number and a clear expression of your willingness to use the customer pickup service.
The cost of the GLS PR service is usually the same as the fee for sending your order or the EUR equivalent of PLN 45 (calculated at the exchange rate on the day of reporting your willingness to collect the parcel using this method). Payment for the service will be deducted from the refund amount for the order or settled by another method agreed in the email contact.
Refund of funds
You will receive the refund to the bank account provided in the refund form as soon as possible, but please be understanding - processing the refund may take several days, but we never exceed the statutory period of 14 business days.
